A well-thought-out web design is important because it helps draw visitors' attention to the most important elements of the website, such as the products or services the company offers. It can also help gain the trust of visitors and keep them coming back to visit the website again. Furthermore, good web design can contribute to the user-friendliness of the website, meaning that visitors can easily navigate and find the information they are looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the above reasons we use the 10 rules of Dieter Rams<\/a>, these are not only suitable for product design of everyday objects such as remote controls, telephones or cars. But these rules can also be applied to digital resources such as user interfaces and websites. Now you think who is Dieter Rams, Dieter Rams has been the designer of Braun for a long time, you probably know the iconic citrus press or the Braun shaver, right, both designed by Dieter Rams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These rules can also apply to web design, as they provide guidelines for creating a user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and long-lasting website. At Punt we design based on the ideas of Dieter Rams. Take the menu button for example, why are these often 3 or 2 lines and doesn't it just say \"Menu\" that is understandable to everyone, it seems like a simple solution, yet you don't see it very often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
